Other Notice: Please note that if you are having trouble with a program such as adobe, PSP or paint, and you are using one of our guides, please email or neomail Shalane, Viv or Lauren, (preferably a staff who you think has the program and would know how to do it - or the person who wrote it).As we don't have time to flick through each guide and look at comments to see if anyone is having trouble, it would make it easier if you emailed or neomailed.
